If there’s a problem with your order

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise not as expected, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

To help me resolve it quickly, please include:

  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A short description of what doesn’t match the product description or your expectations.
  • Your name and order number

Once I’ve reviewed it, you can choose between:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund.
