If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise not as expected, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
To help me resolve it quickly, please include:
- A clear photo of the issue
- A short description of what doesn’t match the product description or your expectations.
- Your name and order number
Once I’ve reviewed it, you can choose between:
- A replacement item, or
- A full refund.
